Press Brake Operator

2nd shift position. Operator is responsible for forming bend angles on aerospace parts using a press brake. Will be a floater for the shift and may work in other areas such as rivet or part marking.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
Must be able to select the correct V-Die based on the thickness of the material and the correct punch based on the radius of the bend.
Possess an understanding of how to read and interpret blueprints, plots, mylars, and gauges.
Performs the set-ups for manual form operations
Retrieve programs and set-up auto form operations
Inserts material into machines, manually.
Test and compare finished work pieces to specifications.
Must be willing to cross-train in other areas such as rivet or part marking.
All of these objectives must be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner while maintaining an acceptable level of quality and efficiency.
Experience/Education
High school Diploma or GED
Some computer skills
Brake press experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
