Must have experience and must be able to multi-task.
Must have good communication, positive, can do attitude, enjoys team work, proficient in anesthesia monitoring, placing IV catheters, blood draws, calculating drugs, and careful restraint.
Under the direct guidance and supervision of our vet staff veterinarian, the technician shall provide high patient care and treatment, client service and education, and assists in overall hospital cleanliness.
The ideal candidate should also be proactive in working with fellow team members to maintain the quality and standard of our hospital.
Applicants must be able to follow directions with and without supervision; administer medications; recognize abnormal conditions; learn laboratory skills and follow establish policies/ protocols.
We're also looking for a caring, compassionate individual with good communication skills and the ability to maintain a sense of humor in a fast paced environment.
