Day Shift:
7am - 3:
30pm Monday - Friday (occassional weekend work) Afternoon Shift:
3pm - 11:
30pm Monday - Friday (occassional weekend work) Position Overview / Role:
Responsible for day to day completion of below listed duties.
Required Duties to be Performed:
1.
Facilitate the current Quality System a.
Develop/maintain documentation for the current quality standard b.
Develop/maintain process FMEA's c.
Develop/maintain process control plans d.
Facilitate Corrective and Preventative Actions e.
Train Associates for new or revised documentation f.
Investigate claims and continuing internal quality issues 2.
Facilitate SPC program a.
Develop/maintain/report on the SPC program b.
Monitor and maintain SPC charts c.
Review pertinent information with appropriate Associates d.
Provide SPC training 3.
Support the scrap recording system 4.
Dimensional and visual inspection of fabricated components when needed 5.
Perform, analyze and report on capability studies 6.
Operate precision electronic measuring devices when needed 7.
Train new Associates during orientation process Competency Requirement:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent 2.
One-year previous Quality experience or 6-month NTI experience 3.
Completed or working towards completion of any special training Special Training:
1.
As designated in training agenda NOTE:
