Commercial HVAC Tech - Direct Hire
Position Direct Hire! Great Pay! Belflex Staffing is looking for highly skilled and experienced EPA-certified technicians, pipefitters, plumbers, and electricians to provide top quality service and workmanship to educational facilities, government buildings, churches, and commercial establishments.
Ensure that all facilities are kept clean, safe, and functional Perform preventative maintenance on all facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression systems, elevators, fire alarm systems, and other systems as required Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment Complete other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager Follow all health and safety regulations per OSHA Document work performed as required by the facilitys health regulations and safety standards Utilize the latest technology to communicate with coworkers and management about any issues or concerns Keep all maintenance records in a current electronic filing system or system-specific database (as assigned) Applicants must Clean driving record Strong knowledge of 5-100-ton commercial HVAC units 3-5 years' experience preferred Ability to work on weekends and take part in the on-call rotation Communication & written skills Ability to follow instructions Ability to pass drug test Universal EPA card Chiller & Boiler experience a plus Plumbers license a plus Strong knowledge of electrical systems preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems preferred.
HVAC system repair preferred.
