Summary:
Works closely with the Site Manager in the daily operation of the site.
Assists Site Manager with daily operational activities including but not limited to reporting, scheduling, inventory management, cleaning and organizing.
Entry-level position typically requiring some prior knowledge or experience.

Specific responsibilities include:
oUnder direction of the Site Manager, provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to team membersoAssists with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new crew members.
oProvides exceptional customer service to those entering and leaving the site for a great customer experienceoEnsures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by team members and customersoPerforms opening and closing proceduresoProcess payment for services performedoMaintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanlinessoMaintain inventory through counting inventory and ordering productoSupporting other team members with duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer serviceoCommunicates information that requires some explanation or interpretationSkills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
oMust have a valid driver's licenseoAble to bend or stand at least 80% of the time; must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position self safely under carsoMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc.
for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningoCapable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditionsoBasic computer skills:
ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale systemoExceptional customer service skillsoWhere applicable:
ability to obtain a state-issued inspector's license is preferredoAttention to detailoAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team membersoComfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goalsoAbility to work in all weather conditionsoMust be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds#LI-DNI#DBHVOL Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Customer Experience Retailing Stock Control Customer Service Onboarding Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
