Summary:
Supports and drives operational excellence in the Company's core strategies; manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of designated field operation activities including, but not limited to:
administrative and operations planning and client satisfaction while remaining within budget.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Enforce company policies, make recommendations on improvements to existing policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard the company.
Provide leadership of region operations including vulnerability mitigation, incident response, and risk assessments.
Ensure all day to day operations are operating within the procedures set forth by the company.
These operational categories include recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations and administrative responsibilities.
Serve as escalation point to client/employee inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints.
Prevent future issues by examining all past situations and maintaining a proactive thought process.
Implements operational strategies that improve execution and provide additional value to customers in a cost-effective manner.
Always focus on more cost-effective ways to provide a higher level of service to our clients/employees.
Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers; seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Meets with customers on a regular basis to ensure all needs are being met.
Drives collaboration between regions and ensures best practices are shared across locations.
Leads and assists with continuous growth, through innovative solutions provided to your direct supervisors.
Supervises your direct reports (typically Area Manager, Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers, Recruiting Assistant split report with Director of Talent Acquisition and Line Level Staff) in a manner that maintains morale, skills proficiency and productivity.
Maintain the proper image and generate positive public relations by resolving issues, concerns, and complaints pertaining to service your assigned markets.
Assist the Account Managers event information to provide staffing recommendations and estimates prior to events.
Assist with the development, implementation and management of facilities best practices for security and fan conduct.
Make immediate decisions and communicate with security staff in emergency situations.
Adhere to budget(s) set forth including, but not limited to; overtime percentages, labor percentages, profit rate, open post rate, revenue within region, collection of outstanding invoices etc.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of crowd management experience at a sports/entertainment venue, with an emphasis in business management Experience managing multiple branch office locations including a focus on financial performance Background in a fast paced, ever changing business environment Experience growing a business at a rapid pace to become a market leader To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
