Responsibilities:
What You Will Do? Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in.
Prepared closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately Responsible for maintenance of marketing systems.
Processes all sales, cancellations, transfers and associated documentation.
Manages the office by tracking inventory and ordering office supplies, collateral, and other printed materials within the approved budget.
Prepare community experiences for Director and Sales Counselor

High School Diploma or GED Required Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, excellent communication skills.
