Quick Apply Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description Dreyer & Reinbold BMW is currently seeking a friendly, upbeat and passionate appointment coordinator/service receptionist.
The right candidate will be outgoing and a self starter.
The job will entail scheduling appointments for our service shop(s) and will be done in person, over the phone and over email.
The position will check customers in, move customers cars to the shop and generally help our service advisor staff.
This is a full time position and will consist of 40-45 work hours per week.
What you need to be considered:
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record (no DUIs) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to clearly communicate via phone, in person interactions, and email positive energetic upbeat attitude required Professional appearance (no visible tattoos or facial piercings) Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel and computer processing Prior automotive dealership or service retail experience preferred but not required What we offer:
Weekly pay including overtime consistent weekday hours with no nights and only occasional Saturdays 401(k)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
