The Chief Financial Officer will be expected to create policies and programs related to finance and accounting, as well as oversee all financial areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in the construction industry, as well as expertise in financial analysis, experience with staff management, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Must be able to work together well in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the organization's financial records daily.
Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting departments.
Develop financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's long-term viability.
Manage the company's budget to ensure that budgets are met and performance reports are accurate.
Work with field staff to better track project costing and inefficiencies.
Will be expected to be involved in most management decisions Oversee and manage office staff members who are involved in company finances.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$90,000.
