Responsibilities:
Monitor patient health and maintain up to date records of the patient condition Adjust patient care plan as needed, and communicate patient progress as needed Aide with prescribed exercises Routine basic care:
administering medication, dress and bandage wounds if needed, check patient's pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels Help the patient with transfers in their homes Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Engage and interact with your patient, interact with them via conversation, games, and other entertainment formats! RN / LPN Requirements:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields is preferred Familiarity with medical software and equipment Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Negative TB Test within the last 12 months or Chest X-Ray Physical within the last 6 months CPR Certification Driver's License or State ID Job Types:
