Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Assessor to join our dynamic teamThis role involves conducting comprehensive testing and evaluation of cutting-edge military systems and technologiesThe ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage field tests to assess performance, durability, and operational readiness under diverse conditions
Responsibilities:
Testing and Evaluation:
Plan and execute field tests for military systems; manage all phases of testing from setup to breakdownData Analysis:
Utilize statistical tools to analyze test data, identifying patterns, discrepancies, and critical performance metricsReporting:
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing test results, findings, and actionable recommendations for military deployment and operational useCollaboration:
Work closely with a range of stakeholders including engineers, military personnel, and defense contractors to ensure that testing objectives align with strategic military needs.Required
Experience:
Previous experience in roles such as military operational testing, technology assessment, or a similar field.Familiarity with military testing environments and protocols; experience with the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), or similar entities preferredDesired Skills:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis softwareExcellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagementAbility to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situationsWillingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time to support testing projects
